When I turn on 4 interior 12v led lights everything fine when I turn on 12volt fan over stove. Indicator shows that battery is now supply amps. If I turn off a 12volt light, battery no longer discharging. Converter should be supplying the 12 volts when plugged in. Disconnected battery from system and all 12 volt circuits work fine off converter.
