Quite shameful the quality of boots you get for this price now. I would try to get a barely used pair of some kind of elite model in the last 5 years if I were than get the take down model. Used pair of copa mundials probably much better and longer lasting than these.

Hello, I'm interested in these boots and had a couple questions I was hoping people could answer before I lock in my purchase: Are either the Pro or Academy versions' uppers waterproof? Does the Academy version's "multiground" sole plate actually make a difference?
