Sep 10, 2013 · The Jotter comes in Stainless Fine and Medium nib sizes and closely resembles the nib on the Parker: Vector, Reflex, I.M. and Urban. The nib writes smoothly however does gives a considerable amount of feedback delivering a dry medium line. The nib is acceptable at this price point. Filling and Maintained 8/10

Feb 24, 2020 · The Parker Jotter fountain pen has been available for at least a year. However, it has not gotten a lot of notice. In theory, Parker took the classic good looks of their iconic Jotter ballpoint pen and turned it in to a fountain pen. This is not unlike what Caran d’Ache did with the 849 as well.

As long as you consider plastic a better material than metal for a pen, there are a bunch that are compatible with parker g2 refill. Baoer 37, rotring tikky, ballograf (slight mod to the refil), schneider slider, stabilo pointball. Those are some in the 3$ to 6$ range.
