As the primary method of earning money in Welcome to Bloxburg, the Work feature grants a variety of jobs in Bloxburg, each of them containing different an unique tasks, with a specifc amount of money. Every time a user completes a task, they will earn a specific amount of cash. After completing a specific amount of tasks, the user will be promoted to a new level in that job, eventually earning more money per task completed. Once the task is completed, the user will receive a specific amount of money, and, once leaving the job, they will be able to see how much money they have earned during their shift. Upon reaching level 50 in a specific job, users will be granted the Excellence Award.
Bloxburg currently has 12 jobs to offer, excluding custom player-made jobs. After the Version 0.12.6 update, all jobs receive a similar amount of money based on work efficiency.
•The higher the user's mood is, the higher their pay.
•It is then recommended to start a shift with great moods and keep on working until your moods start dropping to a lower level.
•If one of your moods is below 81%, however, all of the other are above 50%, you will only receive 85% of what you would have earned with all moods above 80%. Now, if one or more moods are beneath 51%, you will only receive 70% of what you would have earned with all moods above 80%. For example, let's say that you're level 50 as a Pizza Delivery Employee. Each pizza gives you $3.068 with high moods, $2.609 for each pizza with one or more moods below 81%, but the rest is above 50%, and $2.148 with one or more of your moods below %51.
•There is no limit to how many jobs one can have at once.
•It's recommended to test every job, and then pick the one that suits you best. If you change your mind about another, it will be rather hard to reach the level you had in the previous job you liked best.
•In earlier versions of WTB, you could have only one job at a time. In order to exchange jobs, you must quit your current job, resulting in you losing all of your progress.
