Oct 21, 2024 · The book is called Never Shall Their Glory Fade, and Yates explains the title is derived from one of the inscriptions on the Goderich cenotaph and refers to the names that are on that cenotaph. Yates says the idea was that when cenotaphs throughout Huron County were unveiled, they would be eternal monuments to keep before the public's eye the sacrifice of previous generations.
