Mar 25, 2022 · I've ordered from both, including same-day delivery by Best Buy and have had good experiences with both. I've never had a problem with a return at Best Buy and they always price match if applicable. Choice drivers for me are product availability and convenience; both stores are within 5 miles of my house, but Best Buy has easier parking.
Jun 13, 2017 · -Best Buy will occasionally put Apple products on sale. Other than their refurb store, Apple has almost no sales other than the educational discount. -14 day return period + price match if item goes on sale (Elite Members get 30 days and Elite Plus get a 45 day return policy).
Sep 11, 2024 · Best Buy's offer on my graphite stainless steel cellular series 9 with sapphire screen is $180. Apple's offer is only $170. I looked up the trade-in values mostly as a point of curiosity as I have little interest in updating to one of the new models, but if they were trying to discourage me from upgrading with offers so pitiful they that would make a car salesman blush, then mission accomplished.
Nov 8, 2024 · Best Buy, Amazon, and most others just sell the base models. So if there is a base model on Apple.com with 1TB, Best Buy usually has it. They don't do BTO. So if you want a 16", you have the same 3 options at Best Buy that you have on Apple.com: View attachment 2448494
Sep 27, 2013 · No, it's not. I know friends who were screwed over by Best Buy claiming to have stock in- store, and that not being the case. Even standing IN THE STORE, the site would show phones in stock and it being a lie. The website isn't updated in real time, and definitely not fast enough to be accurate as the day goes on.
Apr 25, 2016 · You’re missing that the item *has* to be physically in stock at the opposing store in order for Best Buy to actually price match it, the exclusion is if the item is offered from Another online vendor or not in stock at the opposing store, Best Buy will _not_ match the price.

Jul 25, 2021 · According to Best Buy website: Open Box = Products returned under Best Buy Return & Exchange Promise You're not necessarily overthinking things but you seem to have a different definition of "Open Box" than Best Buy does. "Open Box" can be any item that was purchased and returned to Best Buy within the permissible window.
