  4. Yes. You may also need "mod loader" to use any .dll mods, as modengine2 doesn't load those. Modengine2 just loads all modded game files in it's /mod/ folder. If more than one mod makes changes to regulation.bin file, in order to play with them together, you will need to merge the regulation.bin files together with DSmapstudio manually.
