Oct 22, 2020 · Posted October 22, 2020. I hit into a net in my garage without a simulator. While it does stink you can't tell "where the ball would go", there are several benefits I focus on: 1) quality of contact. 2) focusing on specific swing thoughts and practicing them. 3) chipping.
Sep 18, 2023 · Have done so for the last 2 years. Having that net, working in concert with instruction on a quarterly basis, has improved my golf game tremendously. Without the net, I wouldn't have been able to get as many reps in working on the change in motor pattern. Without the instruction, I wouldn't know to change my motor pattern.
