- Yes. If you have a My PRESTO Account (registered card) you can report your lost card by calling PRESTO’s Contact Centre at 1-877-378-6123 or by visiting prestocard.ca. Your PRESTO card will be cancelled and your TTC Monthly Pass will be transferred to your new PRESTO card. You will be required to purchase another card for $6.

Nope. Cancelation is permanent, it's on the Presto website's FAQ under "Can I transfer the balance between two Presto cards." Just transfer the balance to a new card instead.

Cancelling a card isn't instantaneous. That takes 24 hours. So, if it's stolen, it can still be used until all the terminals across the system are pinged and notified to reject the card. In the meantime, Presto CAN'T cancel any auto-reloads on the card (which would mitigate damage).
