  1. Can a player who's been inducted to the Hall of Fame come out of retirement and start playing in that league again? I personally don't see why the leagues would have problem with this, but if it happens what is the policy of the leagues cited above regarding this situation.

  4. It's not very likely, but I wouldn't be shocked if it happened someday. The HOF eligibility clock starts ticking the season after your last MLB game, and some players don't actually retire and continue to play for years in pro leagues in Japan, Korea, Mexico, etc.
