Dec 26, 2017 · The probabilities of getting at least 2 or 3 summoning eyes are harder to calculate and will require use of the Bernoulli distribution (if you guys want me to do this make sure to comment). The formula for getting at least one summoning eye in X amount of kills is simply: 1- (419/420)^x if x<420 and 1- (419/420)^420* (209/210)^ (x-420) if x >=420.

Summoning Eyes are used for summoning one of seven types of Ender Dragons. When a player right-clicks an empty portal frame in ⏣ Dragon's Nest with a Summoning Eye, it will be placed and turned into a Sleeping Eye, allowing for the player to retrieve the eye if needed. If the Sleeping Eye remains in its form after 8 eyes have been placed (one in each portal frame), it will turn into a Remnant of the Eye.
