  6. Jul 20, 2020 · Not my cat, not my TV. I feel in these instances there is something more behavioural going on with the cat as that's not normal. I have 8 indoor ones including a big boofy ex-feral tom cat and I've never had such behaviour. But in regards to OP, yes they can damage a screen.
