   there is no CHANGE PIN option in the app or on the website anymore. Used to be below Managed Cards. But, it is easy to do. You just have to initiate a chat on the website, type Change PIN. it's automated. it will ask you for the last 4 digits of the card in question. then ask you for the new 4-digit PIN ... you'll have to put it in twice.

   • Immediately mark the card as lost on the website. The website says it can take up to 24 hours to propagate the lost status through the system but in my case it was much faster. Purchase a new Presto card. Do NOT register it. Load it with some funds and use it. Wait 24 hours for the new card to activate and propagate in the system.
