Nope. Even if you lift a 65 inch TV alone, the force you put on both the sides while lifting might damage the panel. One person lift only ends in tears. We recently set up a 65” and I really don’t think it could be done with one person. Needed 2 people the carry the box as well as safely lift the TV into the stand and onto the table.
