Basically they will take your email and make a new account (to recover your account you need the original email you used to register it) so you can't recover your original. Third paragraph before the support link. If you don't act fast itll take rockstar more time to get it back and its a real pain in the ass.
Nov 12, 2023 · Steam accounts are permanently linked to social club and the only way to get it unlinked is by contacting rockstar. Contact rockstar and let them know your account is stolen, it will take time. If you have an email showing your email was changed you should be able to recover it using that email otherwise you will probably be out an account for week until rockstar slow supports helps.
