Right click the game in Steam and click "Properties" Then click the "set launch options..." button. In the box type -scOfflineOnly Then when you run the game Social Club will launch in offline mode.

May 15, 2024 · Here are the steps: Navigate to Documents\Rockstar Games\Social Club. Open socialclub_launcher.log in a text editor like Notepad. Find the line "offline only mode" and change the value from false to true. Save the file and launch GTA V using the Steam application shortcut. When prompted to sign in to Social Club, exit out using ALT + F4.

Don't delete your Social Club account if it's linked to your Steam account, I attempted to unlink my Steam account, so I had to request a ticket just to unlink it but after some e-mails I learnt that if you unlink it from each other, you won't be able to play GTAV via Steam account nor Social Club account and you can't link another account to them since they are permamently linked.
