You can customize how you print a spreadsheet with margins, page breaks, headers, footers, and more options.
1. On your computer, open a spreadsheet at sheets.google.com.
2. If you want to print part of a spreadsheet, select the cells or sheet.
3. At the top, click File Print.
4. Click Current sheet.
• To print the full spreadsheet, click Workbook.
• To print the cells you chose in step two, click Selected cells.

Apr 19, 2018 · With your Google Sheet already open, go to the File > Print menu to launch the Sheets printing menu. When you choose that option, Sheets will open a new window on top of your active spreadsheet to set the print options. First up, set the part of the spreadsheet that you want to print.
- Click File followed by Print In your selected sheet access the print menu by clicking on File followed by Print. This can also be accessed by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac).
- Choose the print selection The print options screen will now appear. In the left hand side of the screen is a preview of the content to be printed. To the right is the print menu.
- Choose the paper size This option can be changed via the drop down menu labelled Paper size. By default this is set to A4 (21.0cm x 29.7cm) however the drop down menu offers a variety of different sizes including the option to define a custom paper size.
- Choose the page orientation and scale There are two page orientation options to choose from: Landscape and Portrait. Choose the option that best suits your data or requirements.
