Presto on Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is not accepted as payment on OC Transpo buses, fare gates or Para Transpo. Instead, use O-Payment – pay your fare by tapping with Interac® Debit card, Visa, Mastercard, or Google Pay or Apple Pay mobile wallets. Do practically everything online at prestocard.ca.
You may request a refund by attending at a Transit Agency location with your Registered PRESTO card and requesting a form (the “Refund Request Form”). Balances on unregistered PRESTO cards are non-refundable.

Funds loaded online must be synced to your card by taking a regular journey with your PRESTO card. Your funds are available 24 hours after purchase, and remains available for 30 days.
