Transfer for free when you tap a valid physical PRESTO card, PRESTO in Google Wallet or Apple Wallet, or credit/debit card on a PRESTO device when you travel to or from GO Transit and MiWay. PRESTO will automatically apply the discount to your PRESTO, credit, or debit account.
You can only transfer your card balance from a cancelled physical PRESTO card to another physical Adult PRESTO card in your account or a card with the same fare type as the cancelled card, and the card you’re transferring to can’t have a transit pass on it.
You can transfer to another Transit Agency using your card balance or a Brampton Transit pass loaded on your PRESTO card. A 2-hour transfer is valid from the time of issue. Your card can be loaded with both a card balance and one transit pass per Transit Agency.
Transfers are free and must be obtained where you pay your fare. Customers can take advantage of the TTC’s two-hour transfer when they pay their fare using a PRESTO card, PRESTO Ticket, debit or credit card (including the cards loaded in your mobile wallet).

Your fare will be deducted and a transfer will be applied to your card or ticket. This transfer allows you to enter and exit the TTC as much as you’d like within a two hour period. Tap your card or PRESTO ticket on a reader each time you enter a subway station and when you board a bus or streetcar.
