you cant use both, but i prefer Modloader Pro bc it A, gives you more fps and B, more mods are usually using MLP because of those.
This is NOT true. In vanilla launcher you can have as many folders as you wish, with different mods, for different Minecraft version and even using different mod loader (Forge and Fabric). Limit is only free space on your disk. Go to Installations tab and press New installation button: https://i.imgur.com/vOZ3klm.png.
Recently, there has been something else called 'NeoForge', and all of my favorite mods are moving to NeoForge instead of the usual Forge loader. This change, although seemingly good, is not on my part.
Sep 3, 2024 · While you can't go wrong with either mod loader option owing to the similarities between them, NeoForge seems to be headed in a better direction compared to its original counterpart.
