   • Before I waste money on this... formerly you could not reload a Presto card online if it had hit a negative balance, you'd have to go to a kiosk. Currently the website is saying it's just a $.25 surcharge for reloading it now. Is this correct, or am I just going to waste my money?

   • We know from a technology perspective that the card is actually not blocked for up to 24 hour. Any use until the card catches up with the block should be on Presto. They could implement that policy tomorrow, but they likely don't because it costs them money.
