For most turtles, the recommendations shift to more veggie after they're 1 yr old, with protein becoming lower proportion, and pellets being recommended only 2-3x / wk. The care guide that was shared will be one of your best bets for this species.

I make turtle pudding for mine because he's picky and refused pellets. I soak pellets in water, add fish to make it smell tempting, blend, melt in some gelatin and let it set. I do it in batches and freeze in meal sized lumps and it lasts ages.
Most aquatic turtles will eat the pellets and insects immediately. They will slowly eat the vegetables. At several years old, you can cut back on the pellets to maybe twice a week and let the greens stay in their aquarium.
