Cowboy Steak Chili in a Crock Pot
    Food.com
While searching for an authentic Texas Style Chili, I discovered this recipe from http://recipes.suite101.com/article.cfm/cowboy_steak_chili. There are so many chili recipes with many variations for all types of taste buds, but this one really knocked my socks off. While the chili recipe above will stand up even if all you add is chili powder, this mix will give it more complex depth of flavor. The idea comes from Cowboy Steak, where the essential “Cowboy” element is ground coffee. Was this the result of a creative campfire cook. Or some happy chuck wagon mistake? You can also use this seasoning to make Cowboy Steak. If you do, it is traditional to add onion powder and garlic powder to the mix. You may want to mix up enough to use later as a dry rub for ribs or chops or even chicken. If you do, bloom the mixture just before using. The only change I made was to cook the chili for 8 hours on low in the crock pot before serving. I truly believe that one of the secrets to good chili is a looooooonnnnngggg cooking time. YEEHAA
    Crock Pot Chops
    Food.com
These sweet and tangy pork chops smell great as they cook all day and are a wonderful meal to come home to. Other cuts of pork would work in this recipe as well. Try some economical pork steak or a roast. I have even done this with strips and cubes and served over white rice. If you are salt sensitive you can use low sodium soy sauce. I use chenin blanc for the wine or a good chardonnay. Reisling might be a great sweeter wine to try here! A salad or veggie rounds out this meal really well.
Crock Pot Normandy Pork With Apples, Shallots & Cider
    Food.com
A lovely slow cooked or crock pot recipe for tender chunks of pork cooked in cider with apples, shallots, creme fraiche & calvados. My own recipe devised for our Chambres d'Hotes here in France - and ALWAYS a firm favourite with guests, family & friends alike! It is my daughter's first night request when she comes home from university! You can use any cut of pork, but I usually use shoulder, neck, collar or blade of Pork - there are numerous names for that cut. It's sweeter and inclined to be more tender than Pork leg, which I feel is better roasted. You can also use Pork chops if you wish. If you have difficulty getting hold of cider or don't want to use alcohol, apple juice is just as good, for that appley zing! There is no duplicate for calvados, so just leave it out if you cannot obtain it, or use brandy or cognac instead. This makes a lovely pie filling if you have leftovers and as with most slow cooked recipes, it's very well behaved when re-heated! It goes extremely well with Recipe #191313 & mashed potatoes. N.B. I have given amounts for 8-10 people; the recipe can be halved or increased with ease!
BBQ Pork Tenderloin in the Crock Pot
    Food.com
I wanted to make BBQ pork tenderloin in the slow cooker, but not pulled pork. This worked out nicely so I thought I'd post the recipe so I can make it again. Hope you enjoy it too. This was easy to slice, though could have easily been shredded as well. Served with rice to put the extra sauce on, along with a veg (I used peas and carrots). I only cooked 1 pork tenderloin and had lots of sauce leftover so you might only want to double the sauce if you do 3 or more tenderloins I would guess?!?
Slow Cooker (Crock Pot) Pork Loin Roast & Kraut
    Food.com
Simple but tasty slow cooked pork roast recipe. The pork comes out very moist & tender with great flavor. This is a great recipe that you can cook in half the time on high, but mostly I cook it on low when I'm out of the house longer than 6-8 hours. You can also add additional seasonings to fit your tastes, sometimes I add Rosemary or Thyme or Basil or Oregano or Garlic or Onion Powder... etc... This also works well with thick cut pork chops too instead of loin roast.
Slow Cooked / Crock Pot Pulled Pork
    Food.com
This recipe is so easy to make and wonderful to serve a crowd. The recipe came from the Chicago Tribune Food section. I have tweaked it to perfection over the years. Enjoy! It freezes well. This can be made in the crock pot overnight and finished in the morning and be ready for lunch! This is not a saucy Pulled pork but that can be easily remedied by adding your fave BBQ sauce or by following my suggestion. Update 5/10: Top with Recipe#421991

This is the most perfect recipe for ribs. You can't get them in a restaurant better than this! The meat falls off the bone as you take them out of the crock!

For this recipe the ribs need to be browned under the broiler first for extra flavor. You can also cook this in a 300 degree oven.
Brown Sugar Bacon Wrapped Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
    Yummly
A couple of years ago, bacon really hit its stride. It was everywhere — in cooking as well as in pop-culture. It even made its way into music and the urban dictionary ( “put some bacon on it” refers to a remedy for when something goes wrong). In other words, bacon makes everything taste better. Not so sure? Here’s a bacon-wrapped appetizer you can try. It’s made with Lit'l Smokies® smoked-sausage links and slightly sweetened with brown sugar. This three-ingredient recipe is great for any size gathering. It calls for using a package of [Hillshire Farm® Lit'l Smokies®](https://www.hillshirefarm.com/products/cocktail-links/litl-smokies-smoked-sausage/) Smoked Sausage links, which are made with quality cuts of smoked pork and chicken. Do you need a recipe for a big party or gathering? Just multiply the ingredients by two, three or more. The sweet and smoky flavors you taste in these Lit'l Smokies® links is from [Jimmy Dean’s® Thick-Sliced Bacon](https://www.jimmydean.com/products/bacon/thick-sliced-bacon/) and brown sugar. As is, this recipe is extremely kid-friendly. But when you’re entertaining grownups, you can up the heat a notch by adding cayenne pepper to the recipe. **Tip:** This entire recipe takes just 35 minutes to prepare and bake. Rather than cooking in your party duds, make your appetizers earlier in the day and then keep them warm in a crock pot. When your guests arrive, they’ll think your Lit’l Smokies are fresh out of the oven. Slightly sweet and very savory, this irresistible appetizer features bacon-wrapped Hillshire Farm® Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausages sprinkled with brown sugar.
