On Java there is one spawn cycle in all eligible chunks (a 15x15 chunk area centered around the player) once per tick but on Bedrock each chunk only has a 1 in 200 chance of spawning mobs per tick, meaning that the rate is 200 times slower, plus in addition to a global mob cap of 200 (including all types of mobs, while Java has separate categories for each category, 70 for hostile mobs) there ...

In Minecraft, many mobs have their baby variants. Compared to Java Edition, Minecraft Bedrock has more types of baby mobs. Bedrock players can find baby squids and baby dolphins in their worlds. Like other baby mobs, these two look the same as their adult versions but have smaller bodies.

Sep 22, 2023 · Many of these mobs can also be tamed or bred if certain conditions are met, allowing you to keep them as pets, or as sources for food production. To do that, you usually feed the mob something that it likes, such as wheat, carrots, or even seaweed. Hostile mobs, on the other hand, won’t ever be your best buddies.
