  8. Steps in order. Make a shortcut for GTAV if you have not already. Right click the shortcut. Select properties. In the "target" box, add -scOfflineOnly to the end. It should look like: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\PlayGTAV.exe" -scOfflineOnly. Fucking youtubers and their intros, I swear.
