To slide your tv on a wall mount, you will need to: Locate the release button or lever on your wall mount. This is usually located on the side or bottom of the mount. Press or pull the release button or lever to disengage the locking mechanism. Carefully slide the tv off of the wall mount. If your tv has a base, reattach it now.
Apr 21, 2016 · From the oustide wall, measure 15 1/4 or 23 and 1/4 inches plus the thickness of the panel material (pretty sure they are 1/4") to find the exact center of where your first stud should be. The rest of the studs should be exactly 16 or 24 inches apart from the first stud. I would not recommend hanging anything as heavy as a TV from 1/4" panelling.
Use a stud finder to determine stud placement along wall inside of recessed flat panel TV cabinet in center of paneled wall. Next, measure and mark placement of integrated holes in TV mount (Images 1 and 2). Attach mount to wall with 3" drywall screws using a drill (Image 3). Once secure, hang flat panel TV on mount (Image 4).

Jan 20, 2021 · Most mounts I've seen actually have slots so that you can slide the TV left and right or up and down as necessary to match wherever the mounting screws are. A 16 inch spacing wouldn't be useful up north where studs are often spaced 24 inches on center, for example. –

However I need to mount it on the wood paneling wall which is 1 cm thick and there is a distance around 2 inches space distance between this wood panel and the concrete wall. Based on my research on internet the thickness of the wood panel is in range of sufficiency.
