Anonymous Posting will be enabled by default in all public and private groups, meaning you won’t have to do anything to allow members access to the tool. However, admins will always have the option of turning the feature off if they would prefer to not have it available in their group.

Just go to the groups page, click the settings button and click “unfollow.” There is another option below the unfollow button that says “leave group.” Unfollow let’s you stay in the group and access it under your groups section but it stopped showing up in my feed.
I believe that if I make a post in a public group, it may appear in my friends timeline even if they are not part of that group. I have seen this before. Is it possible to post a bit more anonymously?
