    I did that and it worked perfectly. I think what the people who say 'that they tried that and the circle kept spinning when they hit play' don't understand that GTA4 "stops" when you Alt+Tab so it won't work until you go back to GTA. I just hit launched game, alt+tabbed back to WeMod, hit play, alt+tabbed back to GTA and it worked first try.
