See Through The Ground
Xray Ultimate is a texture pack that practically allows you to see through blocks. Not only that but it also highlights valuables ores for you to mine. As it is a texture pack, you can simply have it loaded with either vanilla or modded Minecraft, making it easy to turn on and off.
Works Great With Visible Ores
If you're out ore hunting, get another texture pack called Visible Ores to easily see ore blocks. Visible Ores modifies ore blocks to glow more brighter than their surroundings, making the ores easier to see. Note that you need to place the Visible Ores above Xray Ultimate in the resource pack menu.

Nov 2, 2024 · Look for a folder named “mods”. If you don’t see one, create a new folder and name it “mods”. Copy the downloaded XRay mod .jar file and paste it into the “mods” folder. Return to the Minecraft launcher, select your Fabric profile, and click “Play”. The mod should now be installed and ready to use!
