If you're unable to cancel an order, you can always return most items for a full refund within 30 days of the date of shipment. Items that can't be returned are listed here: indigo.ca/non-returnable. Delivery Status. When your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number and link to track your delivery. Items typically ship by the next business day, but this will depend on item availability, shipping destination, and time of year. Use Indigo Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards for online or in-store purchases at any of our Indigo, Chapters and Coles locations, or to make purchases at Kobo. Indigo Gift Cards purchased in Canada or from indigo.ca are not redeemable at Indigo Short Hills, NJ in the United States. For online purchases, you'll need the card number and the PIN.
