In 1969 with the consolidation of Athens High School and Burney Harris High School, Clarke Central High School was formed. Since the first year that it fielded a team, the Clarke Central Gladiators have compiled an outstanding record under seven coaches.

The Clarke Central High School Athletic Department is one of the prominent athletic programs in the state. Over 600 students annually participate in at least one interscholastic activity. Our student-athletes annually garner team and individual championship at the region, area, and state level.

Our 2nd practice is today, 8/18, from 4:00 to 5:00pm in the large gym at Clarke Central High School. Sport chairs are provided. The program is open to all students in Northeast Ga enrolled in grades 1-12.
