Kitchener - Doon is Conestoga's first – and largest – campus, located just off Highway 401 at the Homer Watson Boulevard interchange. The college's main administrative offices are located here, and the campus is also home to full-time and part-time programs in a broad range of areas.

The Kitchener - Downtown campus (also known as DTK) opened inside the Market Square building in January 2020, initially offering business programs to approximately 1000 students.

Our main office is located at the Kitchener - Doon campus on the main floor of the Welcome Centre and includes the following areas: Information Centre, Admissions, Credit Transfer, Student Records, Continuing Education, Fees, and Financial Services.
The Practical Nursing program at Conestoga College is approved by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Current graduates from this program are eligible to apply for registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario.
