He also founded JetBlue, where he served as CEO from 1998 to 2007 and chairman of the board of directors. Utah native David Neeleman unveiled the official name of his fifth carrier startup Breeze Aviation on Friday. He previously launched WestJet, JetBlue Morris Air, and Azul.
