Being a long standing customer you would think they would give great customer service, but no they don't really give a crap. They barely respond to you regarding your issues. You can only contact by email.

May 26, 2012 · Did you contact the vendor? They should have been able to provide a tracking number for the package. If they can't provide tracking information, contact your credit card company and request a chargeback for the purchase.
