In my mono blue [[Emry]] deck I run 29 lands because my commander is super cheap and my whole deck is built to power out cheap artifacts with effects that reduce costs and either grind out or combo with them.
I made something like this for Google Docs to build X-dollar budget lists. Have to manually enter prices of course (huge drawback I know) but it would spit out the deck's total value and a copy/pasteable format for deckstats and MTGS deck tags. I could share it if I could find out how.
