Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (Code). This Code is a keystone for our vision for responsible business conduct at CCC. Our Code will help employees uphold both CCC’s and Canada’s public sector core values when making decisions. It also supports a positive and respectful work environment and gives our clients confidence in our conduct.
1.1.1 This Code sets standards of conduct for Members, the fair and efficient enforcement of which should protect the public from unethical or incompetent practice by Members. 1.2.1 This Code is binding on all Members. Members who fail to comply with this Code will be subject to disciplinary proceedings. ARTICLE 2.
