Dec 13, 2023 · Panel Study. A panel study is a type of longitudinal study design in which the same set of participants are measured repeatedly over time. Data is gathered on the same variables of interest at each time point using consistent methods. This allows studying continuity and changes within individuals over time on the key measured constructs.
- Operational Definition. The operational definition is a term that is used to describe the procedure of a study and the research variables. When thinking about the operational definition, it is beneficial to visualize what the experiment is measuring and how it is going to be measured.
