Toll Brothers home. I wanted to know what to expect at the design studio / design center as this part seems the shadiest of everything so far. No upfront pricing, no online catalogue, seems like they are heavily reliant on the hard sell captive audience experience whenever we have our appointment.
We’re heading to the Toll Bros design center in the coming weeks and were hoping to get an idea of estimated spend for a 3300 sq ft home. What else do we need to know? What items were most surprising to you? Anything you wish you knew ahead of time? Any advice would be appreciated.
The design studio is only a portion of the upgrade process, there's also the home upgrades to consider (structural, plumbing, doors/windows, HVAC, electrical, etc). Ask for the community catalog which will outline those options with pricing.
