I have a Minecraft modpack that I run using Forge 43.1.52, as that’s the version that Optifine 1.19.2 is compatible with. When I start the game, though, it crashes because a few of the mods are made for newer versions of Forge. Is there a way I can force those mods to use the older modloader?
I'm curious. Don't get me wrong, Forge is great and I would never go back but I want to know what happened. Did it stop being supported by the author or did it just not fit the bill anymore?
