It's also possible that Bailey doesn't want kids or doesn't want kids of her own as in like getting pregnant and giving birth. Both she and Nolan know that there are children already who need a good home and loving parents, thanks to their work. I think it would be interesting if they got a similar situation as Lucy and Tamara.
