Mar 14, 2008 · Across the Universe has got good lyrics, but quite a boring melody and no real rhythmic drive – it´s simple to see the fault with others, John himself had no ideas to improve the song – and whined about the lack of assistance from the group, mainly Paul – who even organised the two fan-girls singing at the end (WWLF-release – questionable though if it is for the benefit).
