There is also no Warner Bros. Pictures logo shown before, making this the first time since 2011 that the Warner Bros. logo did not precede the New Line logo. However, the 2021 Warner Bros. Pictures logo is shown at the end as usual.

- (3rd logo prototype) (February 27-August 28, 1987) Visuals: On a black background, there is a box connected with 2 filmstrips, as it glows a pale blue, with the text "NEW LINE CINEMA" seen below, also glowing in the same color.
- (August 28, 1987-April 26, 1995) Visuals: On a blue/white gradient background, a black box zooms and rotates away from the camera. In the background, several filmstrips float by, as the box is connected by two filmstrips.
- (October 14, 1994-September 3, 2010) Visuals: A black box rotates out from an extreme close-up, with a blue light in the background. Various filmstrips zoom past the box as two more filmstrips rotate in, forming like before.

The logo design and letters were changed in 2001 following Time Warner's purchase by AOL. Despite being replaced by the next logo below, this is strangely used on the poster for the 2024 movie The Watchers.

With the release of Turtles All the Way Downin 2024, the film reel in the logo was replaced with a tweaked version of the 1987 logo while the 2011 wordmark was kept. The on-screen logo was replaced with a re-animated version of the 1994 opening.
To match with Warner Bros.' on-screen logo introduced in 2021, the metallic texture was changed from gold to silver along with a new sky background that takes place at sunset instead of night and the sky background color is orange-purple instead of dark blue. Like Warner Bros., this logo was animated by Devastudios.
