Dec 15, 2020 · I don't want my Apple TV subscription to automatically renew I have received an announcement that my Apple TV subscription will automatically renew. I supposedly have the option to cancel said prescription. But here's my problem. I didn't know I had an Apple TV account. So I have no idea how to cancel it. No account #. No account user name.
