Though you might be able to swap it to Emblem if your healer/shielder is a better match for Noblesse, like Jean or Diona. If you're using Barbara or Kokomi, using them with Clam or Tenacity (Kokomi-only) is better.
Talent Leveling Priority: Elemental Skill＞Elemental Burst > Normal Attack. Kujou Sara’s core Talent is her Elemental Skill (E), which provides an ATK buff to fielded characters. Her Elemental Burst is the core DPS Talent with its good DMG multiplier, making it possible to build her as a Sub-DPS.
If you are looking for more damage across the board from Sara as a sub dps, then you would do well with a basic sub-dps elemental setup (2p ATK set + 2p element/2p noblesse) for consistency.

Kujou Sara's sixth constellation makes her the best support for Electro characters. With how easily she buffs attacks with C2, C6's effect is pretty much guaranteed if you remember to use it.
