Try replacing the trapdoors with stone and look what happens. The creepers need to be able to path find to a block where they aren’t scared by the cats. Maybe try building out the other side 3 or 4 blocks further. Update: It seems to work on my Vanilla Server. It's also on the preview. Edit: Creeper farm works :)
