Changing Your ID. Note: There is no limit to the number of times you may reset ID per day. Once you reset or change the ID this is the new permanent ID. You will not have the ability to switch between the new ID and the old ID. Take the following steps listed for your product to change your user ID.
Open any web browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) Key in URL: https://accountcenter.lexisnexis.com and press enter. Click on “Forgot your ID or password?”. Select “Forgot Password” and key in your ID and click on “Submit” button. Verify your email address and click on “Continue” button.
Administrators and Invoice Contacts can add a new user to the organization's account on the LexisNexis Account Center. For more information, see How Do I Add a New User?. ID Maintenance Individual user's can modify their ID, password, or contact information on the Lexis service.

Use this page when you want to update your ID, password, or security information. You can change your security question, answer, or email address on this page, or select Change ID or Change password to change those things.
