Search “MyScripps” in your device’s app store. Select MyScripps from the list and download. Once downloaded, set up your login (If you already have the previous “MyChart” app, you do not need to install the new MyScripps app. The MyChart app allows you the same access to MyScripps with the same functionality as the new app.)

In order to grant you a MyScripps account, we will verify your identity using questions from a third-party verification system. Once verified, you will be able to create your MyScripps account. If you have any questions, please contact the MyScripps support line at: 888-668-8338.
Please allow us time to process your request. The legal maximum time to fulfill a request in California is 15 days, although we strive to process requests sooner. If you have an e-mail address on file then your MyScripps Username will be sent to your e-mail account. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyScripps help desk at (888)668-8338 to help you regain access to your MyScripps account.
To do so, you will need proxy access to the patient’s MyScripps account. For parents or guardians of children up to age 17, you can request proxy access through MyScripps.org . Select “Request Access to Minor” on the main login screen and provide the necessary information.
