Thanks. no you won't get banned but modding IV on RGL is impossible. i made the mistake of buying it on RGL. RGL will forcibly verify your files every other time you launch. there are "solutions" but many people report them not working at all whatsoever. i had to buy GTA IV again on steam after a couple weeks, i was so frustrated.
