  2. Oct 5, 2023 · I can confirm they work on all my 2600 machines (6, 4 switch an jr). The retro-bit controllers are a bit smaller than the original genesis Controllers - i like them very much. I own 2 black and 2 in blue. I have to use the seagull 78s in my 2600 jr to get the 8bitdo receivers to work. Not sure about retrobit.

If that pin is high (5V) then the controller will return the states of buttons B and C. If that pin is low then it returns the states of buttons A and Start.

For 7800, that system has games with 2 buttons, and the pinout ends up slightly different than the Sega controllers and thus for 7800 you need an adapter to use Sega controller on 2 button 7800 games.   8. The Atari Flashback X is a nine-pin and I can’t find another nine pin controller that reads anything else but down. Genesis controllers don’t work either. GenX Grown Up put out a video of different controllers with the new MyArcade Atari GameStation Pro pretty quickly. Maybe he’ll do one for the 2600+ soon.
