In this blog post you’ll find printable Disney World planning checklists for the week before your trip, packing, and more! For the past 10+ years, I’ve been an annual passholder at Disney World and visit the theme parks at least 2-3 times per year.
You should complete your planner spreadsheet as soon as you have your reservations booked (60 days in advance if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or 30 days in advance if you are NOT staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel). By then, you should also have your flight information, and Advanced Dining Reservations made as well.

Aug 8, 2024 · FriendShip Boats are still a great option, however, walking may still be faster than a boat, which makes multiple stops. Using a ride-sharing app is an alternative if you wish to skip the long waits for Disney transportation (and the ride-share pick-up and drop-off areas are all right by the theme park entrances).
